1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 21cuci ("21cuci", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://21cuci.app and its associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 21cuci Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms, that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, and that you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

These Terms govern all services provided by 21cuci including, without limitation, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, sportsbook, fishing games, slot games, promotional bonuses, customer support, and payment processing.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 21cuci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

21cuci reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. You agree to provide accurate documentation for identity and age verification within 72 hours of any request. Failure to do so may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure with return of any verified, non-bonus wallet balance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 21cuci Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 21cuci will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number or email address, and any additional information requested during identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 21cuci will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted on the Platform while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed your responsibility. You must notify 21cuci immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Transfers

Accounts, account balances, and any associated bonuses or loyalty credits are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit another person to use your account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

21cuci currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 21cuci reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative only; actual times may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules. 21cuci does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 21cuci may charge a dormant account maintenance fee of up to RM 10 per month against any remaining balance after written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy may be closed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by 21cuci are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time the promotion is offered. These terms form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotional terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering contribution of each game type towards wagering requirements is as published on the Platform and may vary by game.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, employing low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or misrepresenting their identity — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

21cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted into a promotion and the terms have been fulfilled on both sides, vested rights shall not be affected by subsequent changes.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 21cuci Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing sporting body. In the event of result disputes, 21cuci's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available official information, shall be final.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance, subject to specific sport-by-sport rules. 21cuci reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or human input errors, without prior notice to the player.

Casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. The certified Return to Player (RTP) figures for each slot game are as published in the game information panel within the Platform. 21cuci does not manipulate or override RNG outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 21cuci Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with Platform features;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Collusion with other players in any card game, including but not limited to live baccarat, blackjack, or poker;
• Money laundering, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Engaging in any activity intended to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion measures;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after use of the deposited funds on the Platform;
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or causes harm to other players or 21cuci.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 21cuci Platform — including but not limited to the 21cuci brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the property of 21cuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 21cuci.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21cuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21cuci is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from circumstances beyond 21cuci's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or regulatory actions; (d) decisions made by players in connection with bets placed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 21cuci makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data provided by you in connection with your 21cuci account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering your account.

11. Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that participation in online gaming and sports betting carries the risk of financial loss and that past results do not predict future outcomes. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your financial means. 21cuci reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we reasonably believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice.

Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from the 21cuci Platform may request this by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. 21cuci will make reasonable technical efforts to enforce self-exclusion across our Platform; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all third-party platforms or services.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

21cuci may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by any legal or regulatory authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) continued operation of your account would expose 21cuci to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified, non-bonus wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. 21cuci reserves the right to retain account records in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 21cuci holds its gaming operating authorisation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 21cuci from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or account matter, you should first contact 21cuci customer support, which is available 24/7 via live chat. 21cuci will review all formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a written complaint. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process of the applicable international gaming authority under whose licence 21cuci operates.

14. Amendments to these Terms

21cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by a regulatory authority. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
